Why is a company only selling 76% of itself?

I'm reading how Air India is trying to privatize by selling off 76% of itself.

What's special about this number in this case? Why not 49.99%? Why not 19.99%?

Need help with Wavelet coherence graphs between two stock market indices

    Posted: 30 Mar 2018 09:49 AM PDT

    Hey guys,

I'm a finance student who is not very experienced with this. I have the data ready but I'm not sure how to use Matlab (or anything similar) to get Wavelet coherence graphs. Data contains returns from two stock market indices for each day (2012-2018).

And this is what I should get (it's an example with different variables): https://imgur.com/a/K1dRT

Example's settings: The horizontal axis represents the time in terms of number of trading days while the vertical axis refers to the investment horizon (from scale 1 (2-4 days) up to scale 7 (256 days)).

Anyone experienced with this? I found out Matlab's https://sites.google.com/site/aguiarconraria/joanasoares-wavelets/the-astoolbox is what most of the researchers used fir this.

    Thanks in advance! :)

Looking for good narrrative book on corporate finance and understanding the health of a corporation by its 10-k or high level metrics

I have no real interest other than learning how money flows in a healthy business. I'm not interested in textbooks and I would prefer a good book I can listen to on this while running. Are there any corporate finance books around like this?
