- Can someone help me understand the intuition behind this options pricing question?
- Help forecasting for a DCF

Posted: 23 Feb 2018 09:23 AM PST My friend and I are discussing this. If a company goes public and then is made private by a PE company, then the PE company wants to go public again, is it still called an IPO? Or is it just a regular public offering? Lol Thanks. [link] [comments]

Posted: 23 Feb 2018 10:16 AM PST I was wondering if anyone had any advice forecasting cash flows for a DCF. I'm new to this and understand how to create the model but am having trouble forecasting. I know that I should be considering trends, news gdp growth etc. but I don't know how to tie these to actual $ amounts. Does anyone have a process they go through that would at least give me a chance to make semi accurate forecast?? Because even after reading about revenue drivers and all that for a company I have no idea how that actually translates to a certain % growth. Thanks [link] [comments]
