    Questions about my business

    Posted: 31 Jan 2018 10:21 PM PST

Questions for anyone who can answer them. Preface is I am taking large amounts of money from people to invest (((not in the stock market))).

    • If I am taking large sums of money from people is it a bad idea to accept paypal even with invoice attached? (Risk of chargeback)
    • Do I need the customer to sign an online waiver/agreement so I don't get sued if I lose their money?
    • Do I need to file as a business or can I just start formulating my business image without registering as one?
    • If so, sole proprietership, llc, or fully incorporated? I may be hiring 2-4 part time employees in the future for reference.

I live in USA, New Jersey. Thanks!

    Question about public information

    Posted: 31 Jan 2018 07:35 PM PST

Does a publicly traded company that has a Board of Directors have to make those members of that Board public information? Or is that information only high tiers of management and other share holders know?
