Posted: 10 Jan 2018 10:38 AM PST I've heard that banks only need to hold 10% cash related to the sum of all their accounts, does the same hold true for brokerages? I'm curious if E*Trade attempts to manage the funds it has rather than just sit in the stocks it's customers own. [link] [comments] |
What are your thoughts on Kodk Posted: 10 Jan 2018 10:42 AM PST The 130 year old camera company just created it's own cryptocurrency "Kodakcoin". What are your thoughts on this? It's stock has tripled in 1 day but is now a good time to buy and stay in long term? Or maybe buy now and sell in a month? [link] [comments] |

Is twitter stock picks and advice real? Not a pump and dump?? Posted: 10 Jan 2018 08:14 PM PST Lately I've been following a bunch of guys on twitter after my friend has told me where he gets his stock picks from. He's made a nice earning but I noticed these same guys pumping up the same stocks, and the weird thing is they all seem to just start an account to cheer on their stock picks all around the same time. One of the stocks he got in at 20 cents and it's now almost 2 dollars within a months time. I want to join the party but I'm also worried it's just a pump and dump and could come crashing at any moment. I tried to go as far back as possible with some of these accounts to see what stock picks they've had in the past but it's all deleted or accounts as new as a month old.If there's anyone out there that knows a little about this I could really use your help. Thanks. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 10 Jan 2018 06:54 AM PST Anyone have any good leads? To throw down perhaps $10 into something, buy 10,000 shares and forget. Pink sheet stocks, I know it's risky as shit and completely dumb but I'm willing to throw away $100 and forget about it in hopes it ever reaches 10 cents or even a dollar and profiting [link] [comments] |
Posted: 10 Jan 2018 12:10 AM PST I want to get started investing into the stock market instead of letting my money sit into my bank account. A lot of time to look into each company is still needed ofc. My situation is that I wanna continuosly invest about 100€ each month into sertain ETFs and single stocks. So high fees are crucial. Since I live in Austria robinhood isn't an option, and I also heard even though it's beginner friendly it's worth it to learn more intermediate options right away. So you guys got any recommendations on such sites? [link] [comments] |
