Legal Advice I reported a previous teacher for sexual harassment and now he’s sueing me

I reported a previous teacher for sexual harassment and now he’s sueing me

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 06:37 PM PST

This is a bit of a long story so I'll give the short version. I had heard that a teacher from the highschool went to is still preying on teenage girls. Fearing for the safety of current students I filed a police report. I was advised to do so after talking to an officer. He said it would be good to have something in writing so there's a paper trail if anyone else came forward in the future. A couple weeks later I get a letter from his attorney saying I've made reckless claims and I must provide proof of my accusation by the 25th or they will pursue charges. It seems that an officer leaked me name.

Can he sue me for filing a report about his misconduct? Is the police department liable for damages? Help please!

Bartender. Key west. Electric shock. Heart condition. In hospital.

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 04:32 PM PST

I am a bartender at a very busy bar in key west FL.

Like every bar right now the keys are slammed. We are understaffed. Overworked. And everyone is pushed to the edge.

The owners aren't bad people, but they are hands off, use fear a lot, push people hard, and cut corners.

The last few weeks they have really pushed profits over bar conditions. I understand bars got hurt bad during these times.

The issue today was a few weeks ago we had a fire inspection coming up. We had this dude who was our "maintenance" guy. A drugged out ex con. He was the dude we called to fix things. Not certified at all.

He fixed our ice machine outlet. He also used to power spray everything. He got fired two weeks ago. Today we have a new dude. He was power spraying everything. I went to get ice, touched the machine and got a big electric shock.

The shock didn't hurt or kill me. It didn't knock me out. But I do have a ICD in my heart for cardiac problems from sports. I am 32 and have had several heart attacks so I do have an underlying condition.

I have now been in the hospital for 7 hours. My machine might be fried. It is the busiest time of the year. Making 3-4k a week.

What are my options. I am not the sueing type. I don't want to be too much of a hassle. I'm more pissed then anything.

So many examples. But just this week a sewer line busted above the ice well and I had chemicals and sewer fall all over me. All over the ice, products and bottles. There is never a manager on duty. No one to report too. All this stuff boiled up sitting here and I just don't know what my options are.

    Thanks.

Accidentally sent money to previous landlord, and now he's refusing to give it back

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 12:51 PM PST

I accidentally sent my old landlord from 5 months ago rent money that I intended for my current landlord via venmo.

I promptly asked him to return the money since I did not intend it to be for him. He flat out refused and claimed that I and my previous room mates owe him money for damages to the house and back rent from when we lived there. This was the first time I was hearing about this, and he hadn't mentioned anything about it at all since I moved out. Seemed quite sketchy and sleezey since he literally didn't mention it beforehand

I'm not sure if these claims are substantiated, I asked for him to send me a list of the damages and what I owed him so I could review them, but in the meantime I told him that I don't consent to him keeping the money I accidentally sent him, as I need it to pay this month's rent to my other landlord.

Is he allowed to do this? Does it matter if his claims are valid?

I'm not trying to avoid financial responsibility if I do indeed owe him money, just seems odd that I accidentally send him money, then he makes a claim that there's damages when he's had months to tell me about them.

Buyer of my house sent me a nasty message about

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 04:16 PM PST

Buyer of my house sent me a nasty message about taking legal action. We sold him a house in August. I fixed the two things the home inspector found. They never came back. And I never actually signed anything saying that I was responsible for fixing said things. The roof is now leaking. We moved states away. But have friends still there. And they said in the last few months they have had really bad storms come through. When I lived there. My neighbors tree limbs fell on to the house a few times. Never caused a leak. The only thing the inspector found on the roof was some shingles missing, and the sealing needing replaced around the chimney. Which I had fixed. That's it. I called my realtor and he checked the contract. It was sold as is. Because buyers realtor did not do their job. I am good right? I did not know there was an issue. The roof had never leaked in the 10 years I lived there.

    Am I Being Doxxed ?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 06:18 AM PST

so my ex baby momma found out im having another child so she posted screenshots of me detailing my place of work, age, and made slanderous accusations such as rape, incest, very negative gross things and encouraged people to come and find me at work and attack me physically and had all of her friends share it on every social media platfrom available what should i do ?

for reference we haven't spoke in 3 years and she's made no attempt before and she's been quiet for the most part until now, i think its a weird coincidence she comes forward with this when she's made aware im having another baby

It recently hit me like a ton of bricks that I may be working for a scam company. What should I do next?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 07:30 AM PST

First of all, I want to say that I'm actually so nervous typing this out but I have to get it off my chest. I'm just a simple twenty-something, baby-faced woman who's still living with her parents in the Midwest. They don't ask much of me and are kind enough to let me stay at home rent-free while I'm saving up money to get a new car and move out. We live a nice middle-class life and stay out of drama. Life is good, knock on wood.

After struggling with school my entire life, I finally graduated college last year. Soon after, I landed a job that I found on Indeed. I work from home as an inbound phone sales qualifying agent for an insurance brokerage company. The interview was ridiculously easy and they offered me a job on the spot. A few weeks later, training began.

The training gave me a hopeful, yet weird, feeling from the start. The training class was massive and full of new hires that looked like......the crowd that would easily work at Waffle House. I don't want to sound rude but that's the nicest way I can describe them lol. The actual training content itself was a total breeze. When I got on the phones, I quickly stood out for my engaging phone presence and made extra money in bonuses as well.

After a few months, the burnout crept in. This company technically lied to me in my interview too. Yes, the leads/prospects/potential customers ARE inbound, however, about 90% of them are completely confused seniors who were contacted by a 3rd party agent and then transferred (sometimes up to four or five times !) before they even reach me. Of course, that's a sad issue in itself. Many seniors pick up any call they receive even if they don't recognize the number, and then stay on the phone because they think they have to. I used to be SO irritated with them, but then I recently realized that my irritation was completely misplaced.

Now we enter the part where I'm hit with a ton of bricks.

I don't hear the 3rd party agents on the phone as much anymore but they're still there, and sometimes they'll still introduce me to the caller which eats away at my timer because several of our calls are timed depending on the campaign/script. It's obvious some of them are milking that timer because they know if we can't qualify the person before the timer ends, then they get paid. My supervisor says that we can kindly cut them off if they're taking too long. So, are we trying to pay them or not? Also, several of these agents tell senile seniors that they're going to win a gift card, or that they could receive massage services for having Medicare, etc. By the time they get to us, we have to damage control and tell them "Oh I'm sorry sir/ma'am. We don't offer those services here but if you're wanting to compare Medicare plans then we're happy to help you out." Then they'll say "Oh I'm happy with what I have!" or "Oh my daughter helps me out with this and I'm uncomfortable discussing this over the phone."

If they sound halfway-coherent, we're supposed to overcome objections and connect them to a licensed sales agent. A lot of times, these seniors are convinced to change their plan and they barely understand what they're agreeing to. It's sickening. If people are pissed and they tell us to put them on the Do Not Call list, our supervisors have told us not to.

After some heavy internet researching, I truly believe this company might be a part of some larger scheme. I've been taking notes of all the different 3rd party sources (basically b2c pay-per-click digital marketing agencies) that appear on each call and looking them up online. Some of them look super legit and honest and some of them barely have a web presence or are based in random places like Singapore.

I know outsourcing is a common business practice but that isn't the issue. The issue is that several of these calls are coming directly from businesses that appear to have nothing to do with insurance services. They're using spoofed numbers to contact seniors so that the calls look more local to their area. Also, some seniors are calling us directly because they received some spammy-sounding junk mail saying things like "Final Medicare Notice!" and "Unemployment Benefits!", and the number on the fliers link to us even though it isn't branded with our company's name on it. (On that note, most of the scripts/campaigns aren't even branded with our name. If our name isn't on it, then we're not supposed to say it...)

Anyway though, after some heavy internet researching, I find that these fliers' addresses are linked to random shipping and mailing storefronts where people can rent out a virtual or physical mailbox there.

So..... with all that being said, I'm seriously thinking that we agents at the very bottom of the totem pole might be being used as money mules for a larger scheme. I don't know if this would be called organized crime, embezzlement, money laundering, a pyramid scheme, a Ponzi scheme, or something else.

I even had a panic attack about this a few days ago and thought I would have to go to the hospital. The only concern I've expressed to my supervisor is that I'm suspicious of some of these 3rd party agents and that they aren't productive for our business. He simply told me to only worry about what I can control and that there's nothing to be suspicious of.

I've brought this up to my parents and they think that while some weird stuff might be going on, it isn't worth it to get involved and that I should just look for another job instead. Obviously, I'll be looking for other jobs to get out of this hellhole, but I also feel like I'm on to something. It's a very lonely feeling and I'm not complaining just to complain! If no one else questions this, who will?

What should I do first if I want to go about this as anonymously as possible? Should I go through the FTC or FBI? Or should I speak to some kind of lawyer first? I feel so small and helpless. Again, I don't want or need attention. This is about the greater good by putting an end to the scamming of innocent people and holding those in power accountable.

If you made it all the way to the end, thank you. I welcome any advice or at least validation that I'm not crazy lmao. -.-"

This has resulted in one arrest and one collection issue, luckily someone was pulled over in possession of my drivers license so detectives looked at the surveillance videos. At all times the individual was wearing a mask and has a different physical profile then me. Can I sue for negligence and not properly checking id?

She doesn't have her green card or passport now because she had to give it up and wait 6 weeks to get a new one. Can she travel to her home country for an emergency such as a death? What happens when she needs to come back to the US? We can't get through to people right now because it's the weekend and a holiday weekend so no one is available until Tuesday.

Left Virginia 8 years ago. $21,000 lien today?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 05:05 PM PST

My wife and I lived in Virginia briefly from 2013-2014. We first moved to DC, and then to Texas in 2015.

We just noticed there was a hold on our bank account, and after 45 mins on hold we found a lien notice in my wife's "documents" in her bank account.

The notice is from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Deartment of Taxation. It's a "notice of tax lien and demand for payment of state taxes" for a stagggering amount ($21,983). It's placed on my wife, who earned about $500/month when we briefly lived in Virginia.

This was quite a surprise. We need to pay babysitters (and participate in society generally), so it's a bad surprise.

The address on the letter was to our DC residence, where we haven't lived in 7 years. I'm just imagining them sending increasingly threatening notices to an invalid address for years and years and years.

    What could this be?

How should we proceed? What sort of lawyer should we get?

We tried calling the VA tax office but it's after hours & they're also closed Monday.

[FL] Neighborhood cop ran my plates base on neighborhood app post

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 06:46 AM PST

I was stopped this morning by an FHP officer that lives in my neighborhood. I had barely pulled out of my driveway when an FHP officer turned his lights on and pulled me over. I asked him why I was pulled over and he told me that someone reported my license plate to him as a vehicle that speeding in the neighborhood last night on the group FB page. He gave me a warning and told me to slowdown. I checked the FB page and there's a pinned post where he encourages people to post the license numbers of speeders so he can talk to them. My plate was commented on the post. My car is stored in my garage, so he couldn't have seen it from the street. And again, he was waiting for me to leave this morning. Based on the FB page post and being camped outside my house, I think he ran my plates to find where I live. Is this illegal?

I have a recording of the stop where he says it's based on the post.

Friend signed pay to the order of herself on my hernia mesh settlement checks

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 02:51 PM PST

A friend of mine intercepted 2 hernia mesh checks, signed then over to herself without my consent and the bank cashed them. I was in the hernia lawsuit, and until Dec I was not aware my case had settled. I had signed a form years ago to settle for a certain sum, bit it was delayed inn court again. I recently had a friend that just got hers and I called my attorney for an update and found that my case was paid out in Dec 2017 , and March 2018. Since I was not aware of this they sent me copies and one of my friends signed the back of them pay to the order of her and took then to her bank. My attorneys advised me to go to the police,. Since it was in 2018, is there any way the bank will have to pay me back since this is fraud?

What happens when someone refuses to accept served papers?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 11:16 AM PST

I usually don't care to get involved with my parents divorce issues, but my dad very recently discovered he has stage 4 cancer & is trying to take care of his estate & will.

My parents were divorced in MO a number of years ago. My dad still currently resides in MO, while my mom now lives in AL. About a year ago (pre-cancer diagnosis), my dad filed for a review of the alimony agreement since he was retiring & his income is changing.

Multiple attempts have been made to serve my mom, and she has deliberately refused to accept the papers. At one point she even spoke to a constable who contacted her to serve her papers, agreed to a time for him to stop at her house to give her the papers, & then refused to answer the door to him.

I'm curious about what happens if someone refuses papers in a case like this, & my dad's options to move forward.

    I'm a victim of sextortion

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 09:19 PM PST

I am under 18, 14, and I sent nudes to someone on snapchat. Which they took a photo of with another phone. They are saying that I have to give them 500 dollars or they'll spread it. They have proof of knowledge of where I go to school and who my friends are. They follow half of my school on insta as well as the schools own account. Before talking they said that they were 19 and I have a screenshot of me saying my age and them saying saying age is just a number. And proof they sent me nudes back. Idk what to do. My phone is inactive rn so I can't call anyone. Idk if I will get in trouble either for creation of cp. I really need help. Edit- also know that they go to Cornell University.

My wife is being vastly underpaid and we can't figure out why nor why they won't remedy the situation.

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 04:15 AM PST

My wife works for a large corporation in Massachusetts. She loves the job and most all the people she works with. She has been there going on 2 years. Has been an exemplary employee. I've read her reviews. She has been "promoted" twice. I've even talked with a couple of her coworkers she has become friends with and they corroborate the situation. She is the least paid employee in the whole company, by far. Two of her coworkers that she has the same title as. Who were both hired at about the same time she was both make close to $8 more an hour. One of who was hired at that higher rate, the other was brought up to match it. While my wife was given barely 50 cents as a raise when they had gotten their 90day reviews. She has recently been given a promotion that puts her now in charge of one of these coworkers. My wife has been told she isn't receiving a raise with the promotion. Even though her title and responsibilities now should put her upwards of $10-$15 more an hour according to the average salary for the position and location.

She has brought this up with her boss, her bosses boss, HR, pretty much everybody. Her coworkers are on her side, her boss even talked with the person in HR who is supposedly in charge of all salary and raises saying how ridiculous this all is. It's this one HR person who seems to be the problem. She keeps saying either there is no money to give raises, which is BS. Or that my wife is being paid proper salary for her position which she keeps calling "entry level". Which it really isn't. Besides her other 2 coworkers were the same position before this recent promotion. We can't for the life of us figure out why this one HR person seems to have all the power in this situation. My wife has literal decades more experience in this career than her coworkers. The only thing we can think of is there is some personal reason or some form of discrimination. It's not job performance. She often works overtime to help other departments. It seems to be this one HR person. She hasn't had any issues with this person. The only thing different about my wife from her coworkers that we can think this person may have an issue with is my wife goes to a methadone clinic. She has been successfully in recovery for years before she even worked here. Which from what I've researched seems to be protected under the Americans with Disabilites Act. She has started looking for another job. As her salary here is pitiful. She only started because she was told by the person she knew who told her about the job said the salary was supposed to go up by a few dollars at her 90 day review, 1 year, etc. Then she came to love the job and people. When she mentioned what this person said the HR said that no it wasn't true. So now we think that the person just wanted my wife to get the job so she would get a bonus for finding an employee. Which that person did. Regardless, it doesn't change everything else. How would we even file a discrimination inquiry or whatever? Talk to a lawyer? Could it be something else we don't know about or haven't thought of? It's frustrating and a bit of a slap in the face as my wife works very hard and loves the work and the people she works with daily. Yet, we are barely surviving. Thanks for reading!

Edit: I trying to respond to everyone, but I've gotten many more replies than I thought I was. So I want to thank everyone who replied if I didn't directly reply to you. I do really appreciate all the help. I'm seeing some very clear patterns in the responses. Which has helped a lot and validated some of what we were thinking too. Maybe I'm a bit naive or a bit to hopeful with how a company would treat an employee. So thank you also for pointing out the harsh truths too. She has updated her resume and started looking for a new job. How that goes will influence our next step. Thank you again to everyone!

A county in Virginia is trying to garnish my wages for personal property tax even though I left the state 5 years ago.

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 09:21 PM PST

I moved out of Virginia in 2017. Yesterday I got a copy of a tax lien letter that was sent to my employer requesting my pay be garnished for a total of $5200. It looks like the county I lived in continued to charge me personal property tax on my car (from 2017-2021) that I took with me to another state.

When I moved I changed my address well in advance through DMV. I even got a past property tax bill in 2018 and I called them to tell them I moved. This lien letter is also the first time I have heard from them. How can they do this?? I registered my car in my new state as soon as I got there.

Of course this all happened in a 3 day weekend so I can't even call the agency who sent the letter or the county commissioner of revenue. Any advice? Can a lawyer help me with this if I retain one?

I own a home with my sibling. Is there any legal recourse to get them to sell or buy me out?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 06:54 AM PST

The home has been paid off in full. It was willed to us. We were young and not thinking and we put both our names on it.

My sibling keeps saying they are looking to buy a home and want to sell this one, but it has been three years of jerking me around in that regard and I can't keep waiting. I want to work it out with them, but I'm not kidding when I say it's been at least three years of me bringing it up and them kicking the convo down the line.

My sibling's pets have put some damage on the house, so I don't want to get a loan to buy them out on top of dishing out cash to repair the damage. I would be alone, taking care of a decent sized house in a nice neighborhood, and I just don't have the income for that.

Is there absolutely anything a lawyer could help me with in this regard? And if they can, what can I expect to happen (as in what avenues they typically take)? Is there a specific type of lawyer I can type into google to make sure I'm looking at the most qualified?

    Thanks for any input.

I drunk stole and don’t know what to do

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 11:38 PM PST

I was at dollar tree and was a little drunk and stole a hair accessory. Worst part is I did it in the check out line and I don't know how subtle it was since I was drunk. They didn't apprehend me there but not all places do. Have sobered up and I'm physically sick thinking about it. I know it may be stupid but I really want to go back and say I accidentally forgot to pay for something while drunk and I'm sorry and pay for it. I did buy other items with my debit card so if they wanted to track me down they could. I could lose my career over $1 and I'm freaking out this is so unlike me. What is my best course here to avoid cops knocking on my door? Please don't say do nothing because I can't even sleep I'm so scared. How much later after the fact can they come after me? (VA)

Can my ex stop my husband from adopting my son?

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 08:59 PM PST

I'll try to keep this as concise as possible. When I was still in HS I got pregnant from my then boyfriend. My life was a total wreck back then and this didn't help, and my bf at that time was in no mood to help out, once he found out he bolted and I literally had no clue where he went for like 5 years. I was messed up with drugs back then too, so a court appointed my mom as guardian of my son, the judge said she'd review my case after I had a chance to get sober and get my shit sorted out which I did. Through this whole time, ex-bf is a ghost, not even a text to see how his son is.

Fast forward, I've been sober for 9 years, my son is almost about to turn 10, I've graduated from college and have a great job. Going through school I met my now husband and we've been married for 3 years. He's the only real father figure my son has really known and we've been discussing the idea of him adopting my son and officially becoming his father legally.

Somehow word of this has gotten back to my ex bf and suddenly he cares about my/our son. He says he'd fight it if I tried and threatened to file for full custody if I tried. I have no idea WHY he even cares, he fucking spelled my son's name wrong MULTIPLE times ffs.

Imo he fucked off and lost whatever rights he had by abandoning us. Also, if he is now suddenly demanding his parental rights would I not be able to go after him for child support?

The whole reason we started discussing this was because one day my son was upset because a kid at school told him a step-dad wasn't a REAL dad and that it meant he didn't have one (mama bear was activated that day). But if it's going to lead to all sorts of drama we'll definitely think twice.

    I'm in Ohio btw

Teenagers keep harassing my job. My boss and the mall says there’s nothing we can do.

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 07:19 PM PST

    This is in NJ.

In this month alone, we've been having the same rotating group of teenagers (minors) coming into our store and verbally harassing us. They will come into the store fully, ask obviously dumb questions, laugh and leave, usually yelling out "fuck (business name" or "tell your coworkers to fuck off". And even tho it's different kids from the same large group each time, it's ALWAYS the same one ringleader.

Yesterday they were getting in my assistant mangers face to provoke him and mooned my other coworker. Security was called (we always call them) and the police were notified. The police had caught the teenagers and held them in their police vehicles until their parents picked them up. Today they came in and yelled "fuck (business name" in front of families we had in the store with small children.

My boss says we can't call the police on them and the mall can ban them but it won't be enforced unless they're found in the mall, obviously. Isn't there ANYTHING that can be done to stop them? It's getting to point where we're all just getting tired and I personally don't feel comfortable at my job now. Despite being minors, can't they be charged with public indecency or exposure? Can the harassment at this point be a crime, considering this is happening every week or so now Fri-Sun between 6:30-9pm? That IS the specific time frame they come in.

I get they're teenagers just being assholes but doesn't any of this behavior count for any action to be done? I'm just curious

i'm a vet assistant in georgia at an animal hospital. today we had a 14-year-old yorkie come in that was severely neglected. his eyes had not been cleaned for months and were crusted shut so badly that his vision was 100% impaired (he was essentially blind) and we had to use warm compresses just to remove some of the gunk from his eyes and it was incredibly painful for him and removing all of it is going to be a process of several days. his hair was severely matted and the dog was brought in by a concerned neighbor, not even the owner of the dog. we tried contacting the owner, who did not answer her phone. we left a voicemail and wrote in the dog's chart about how bad his condition is, but i was told by one of the vet techs that there is nothing we can do for him other than care for him while he's at the clinic and after he goes back to the owner, it's out of our hands.

is there ANYTHING i can do to help this dog or make sure he isn't returned to the person that allowed him to get into such horrible shape? the vet tech told me we aren't allowed to report animal cruelty or neglect. i thought about taking a picture of the dog's chart and anonymously reporting the owner for animal cruelty, but i could get fired for that. i am willing to take the dog and care for him permanently or find him a suitable home that will actually give him proper care, but i don't know where to start and i'm not exactly comfortable asking anyone at my job for advice because i've already been told to leave the situation be, but for my own peace of mind and the wellbeing of the dog, i need to do anything i can that won't result in me losing my job. a different tech told me i should talk to my boss, but my boss and i do not have a good relationship and she very much dislikes me so i doubt talking to her would be of any use. the dog is boarding with our clinic until the 26th, so i have until then to do something. any and all advice is greatly appreciated. thank you!!!

Coworker told HR of my drug usage on a security clearance job

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 09:43 PM PST

About two or three weeks ago, I went out for lunch with two other coworkers. The conversation eventually lead to me bringing up that I've been doing cocaine about every weekend recreationally at parties. Apparently, there was another party at that restaurant who might've also worked at the same office because the incident was reported and me and the other two coworkers were asked to do an interview with HR. In the interview, one of the coworkers got scared and confessed to everything I said. He never told me that he was called up, so I lied to HR by saying I don't remember the conversation when it was my turn, and I told them the word cocaine must've been confused with a nickname a lot of my friends give me (trust me it makes sense if you knew my real name). Now me and the other coworker are being called up by HR (internal threat department) for another interview, and I pretty sure that he just repeated his story to them. My interview is scheduled for next week, and I'm unsure of how to handle this situation. I haven't done the drug in question in over a week (even if I did, I use extremely small quantities), so I'm positive that a urine, blood, or saliva test will turn out negative, but I'm not sure what to tell HR during my interview next week. Should I just play it off by telling them that what I said at that lunch was just a bad joke? Should I just play ignorant? If anyone has dealt with or seen this situation happen before, your advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm young, and I've been told that I'm a great employee by pretty much all of the higher ups, so I'm really scared this might be career ending. Someone had brought up the possibility of the conversation being recorded, and I'd be completely lost if that was the case.

Edit: I work in the state of Georgia if that matters.

No access to water or bathroom at work

I just found out that a friend who works as a maid at a local maid service is forbidden by her company from using the clients bathroom or even faucets for water while she is cleaning a residence.

    Is this legal?

    i am a felon.

i listed this when starting my job at a temp agency, hired into the company they placed me in. from 2019 till 2/8/2022 (date of issue) on call 20hrs a day 365 between two factories cafeteria's, worked with the clients on multiple account's never had an issue in 3 years'.

on 2/8/22 Corporate placed me on administrative leave, VP of my company states there is an issue with the clint contract after 3 years and i could either take a job doing manual Laber with a 1/3 pay cut (too my total monthly) and a $3 an hour cut as well or quit.

she then changes it to a company issue and not a client contact issue, then it is that she is not comfortable with me being in a sales job, and that this is a company practice to not place people with felonies is sales jobs.

then when i state i would not quit or take a pay cut and for no wrongdoing. the manger of operations for my company offer me to be transferred to the secondary location at full pay with no change in my duties. however i am now being required to do the same amount of sales as 3 people, Aswell as knowing the VP of my company wants me gone for nothing.
