Hey everybody I’ve got a business question. Any info is greatly appreciated Posted: 05 Aug 2021 06:27 PM PDT I want to get into an llc partnership with a friend. I have 80% he's got %20. If in the future I wanted to forcibly get rid of him, do I have the power to do that if he does not agree to peacefully sell out his position? [link] [comments] |

How do I sell web space for advertisement directly? Posted: 05 Aug 2021 05:24 PM PDT Can I just write an email to individual companies? And if they agree will I have to create a legal agreement? How can I create this agreement? Or are there templates that I can use? How much can I charge based on traffic? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 05 Aug 2021 08:12 AM PDT I own a S Corporation in Michigan. I inherited the business from my parents. My son will get it in a few years and has expressed an interest in changing the name. The name has the word Indian in it and he wants to move away from that. I agree with him, I just cringe at the effort and expense involved. I was wondering if I could just file a dba with the new name pointing to the original name. I guess I just don't know how big of a deal it it to change the corporation name [link] [comments] |
Posted: 05 Aug 2021 04:44 PM PDT Hi, I run a small mechanic shop in Florida and I'm facing a dilemma I'm not sure how to solve. I currently use google ads to get calls, which ultimately have like 90% conversion rate to being a customer. Prior to the last month, I've been paying like a $1.50 to $3.00 per click but the last month I've been spending $15 - $39 a click. Most of which haven't been converting to calls. I'm burning through my budget without any results. I don't have the capital to continue at this rate. I've hired professionals to look over the ads to see if I'm doing anything wrong and the only thing they recommended was to change my target audience to women only. I'm curious if there's other good ways of advertising as i cannot afford this ridiculous rate. Any ideas are appreciated, thanks [link] [comments] |

Posted: 05 Aug 2021 09:48 AM PDT Do online businesses like Amazon, Ebay, FBMarketplace, Etsy, Wish, etc require business permits? Or is it moreso based off of how much you earn from selling there? [link] [comments] |
