Im a young entrepreneur that need tip! Posted: 06 Apr 2021 10:48 PM PDT I'm in high school and I run a business selling food/candies to students and my sales are growing quickly but I'm looking for new product to sell with high-profit margin, my best products are airheads candies because they are not in stores where I live so I control 100% of the offers. I want a product that is not commonly available in-store with a decent profit margin and preferably sweet due to my customer's ages. If you guys have any suggestions/tips, comment them! Posted: 06 Apr 2021 04:23 PM PDT Hi, not sure of this is the right place to ask but I am curious. I sort of understand that multi level marketing is not usually successful on many levels and that it is mostly a scam/pyramid scheme. However, my cousin has been introduced through a new friend, a person who is offering life mentorship and ways to generate an income stream using MLM. They are asking for no money just time and a willingness to take on board their ideas. Is this a trick? [link] [comments] |
Business models I can do with my chronic pain? Posted: 06 Apr 2021 07:44 PM PDT I'm a teenager looking to start a business that I can make some money with. I wanna be able to support my parents and my medical bills a little bit, and I'm willing to put in the work to make it happen. My only issue is a lot of business models would be tough for me as some days I can't even get up from my bed. I know the obvious choice is drop shipping, but I feel as though it's so over saturated and I have nowhere to start. I'm not looking for some crazy get rich quick scheme, just a steady small flow I can create. I'd appreciate any suggestions, and feel free to DM me if you want a more in depth conversation! Thank you [link] [comments] |

Best payment gateway for 3rd party seller platform Posted: 06 Apr 2021 03:36 PM PDT Hello! I am building a mobile service for my local small businesses and have been researching payment gateways that have prebuilt solutions or good APIs for facilitating exchanges between physical merchants and customers using credit cards. My main requirements are for good security and low cost (in terms of using the service, not payment processing fees) and constantly updated technology. Currently my two contenders are square and stripe (PayPal is apparently not great) since both have great technology, and great documentation. I have heard many bad things about how square handles customer support, and to avoid it as a merchant. That said, plenty of my target businesses use square. Square also handles encryption, the nonce system, and pci compliance for developers, while I am unsure if stripe does the same. Stripe seems to offer similar services to square, but are less straightforward in the implementation, while still having a better reputation in the industry. Does anyone with experience in both have any tips or advice? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
