Which is better:large number of small businesses catering to customers or small number of large corporations catering to customers?

The fact that Amazon can get by mistreating warehouse workers is depressing.People don't have many options concerning job opportunities:MNCs jobs are the mose sought after jobs but they are also becoming hell hole for manual workers. Is there any way out?

What if billion dollar MNCs never existed whose valuation exceeds GDP of many countries combined. But instead there are large number of small businesses; not one of them having value greater than few millions?

Bcoz large corporations distort the playing field for newcomers since they can easily buy low due to volume factor.Availability of huge data also puts new businesses at risk since MNCs can easily track/adapt/improvise and give overall better service to consumers not possible for new businesses to do.

Add this to their power of manipulation of labour laws/economy of the country due to their huge influence on GDP and people lives along with donations to political parties.

At what point MNCs become pain in the ass from making economy strong while keeping morality intact?

Organizational structure for expanding small business

    Posted: 15 May 2020 07:17 PM PDT

Looking for advice on what an organizational structure might look like for a small restaurant business to expand from just one location to 10-15. I know that leadership-level employees are important to any business, but I know there's a balance to be kept as well. Too little or too many of those higher up employees could be detrimental. Curious to see if anyone has any ideas for what the "corporate" positions may look like for a small restaurant chain with 15 locations.

    Trademarking a logo?

    Posted: 15 May 2020 06:38 PM PDT

Hello there, I recently started an LLC for my original video games and I finished my logo. I'm wondering if I should wait to share it until it's formally Trademarked, or if I'd be ok for the time being. In other words, is my logo protected in any way inherently by forming an LLC in it's name? Thanks.

    Should I Quit Trying?

    Posted: 15 May 2020 09:44 PM PDT

For the past 2 years I have been trying to start businesses of sorts and every single one of them has failed and lost me money. I know that I went into this knowing that I possibly wouldn't be successful but at this point I'm hopeless.

I really don't know what to do anymore, I've wasted thousands of hours for absolutely nothing.

    Should I just quit trying?

Is it a bad time to start a business?

    Posted: 15 May 2020 07:50 PM PDT

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but...

I've come across a property recently put up for lease in an area I want to start in that the price is generally double. It's almost what I want for my business, as a property. At least for now. I have money put away, and the price for product to get my sales moving is low. And non perishable. Marketing is easy in this for me between friends and other local businesses. Basically, I won't need a loan. The most I'd have to do is i might use a credit card to maybe buy a few non necessity items as decor, etc, just to not cut into my actual money, and score cash back from said card that is still offering a great deal. Otherwise, cash only. Is this a bad idea? Other similar businesses in the area have stayed afloat through this and my location will be great for where the other locations are. I even have clientele that are ready and willing to come by (buy). Thanks in advance for any advice. Disclaimer: I am not going to use any advice with serious intent or claims to business success or failure. I would like only legitimate suggestions, please!

My Friend is a nurse, and He wants to open a mobile healthcare unit

    Posted: 15 May 2020 10:22 AM PDT

The heros act is coming out with 79 billion dollars funding for health care professionals.

My friend who's a nurse wants to launch a mobile healthcare unit that will help with contact tracing for the CDC but also provide the basic healthcare a nurse can provide on call.

My question is, how do I apply for government funding for bill the government for those goods and services?

Thank you, asking for a friend.

What should I do with an LLC?

    Posted: 15 May 2020 03:45 PM PDT

I've been given an LLC from my parents as a gift (I know, quite an interesting gift). What should I do with it? Do any of you have profitable business ideas, etc.
I understand that this is kind of a dumb question but I just wanted to see your thoughts. I'm honestly completely blank and can't think of any ideas. Are there any template businesses that you use that work?
