Posted: 28 Jan 2020 11:07 PM PST I have a business school project which requires me to make my own product and a video advertisement for it. What is something that people would genuinely be interested in when I present them my advertisement video? Can be just a little bit meme-able, but I want most of it to be serious to get full score. Thank you for taking the time to reply! [link] [comments] |

Looking for business model examples Posted: 28 Jan 2020 05:23 PM PST Hi there, I'm trying to put together a business model for a product I have that works in the same space as Wifi, Bluetooth, and QR. I'm looking for any examples of smaller companies that started with their technology similar to the ones below with successful business models that I could take notes from. How does a company like QR code make any money if they don't charge usage or licensing fees? from what I understand with Wifi and Bluetooth - each company needs to become a "member" and then individually certify each product (sku?) they wish to implement with these technologies. Do these terms also apply to high volume manufactures or would they have an individual contract with the high volume customers? These numbers are not outrageous but I could see the pressure on a smaller company compared to someone like Microsoft or Apple. Thanks in advance! Should I file for a new LLC or amend the one I have? Posted: 28 Jan 2020 01:40 PM PST Hello all! I'm looking for a little advice. I started an LLC back in 2013 and the business I was going to start didn't go as planned and I never really did anything with it. Fast Forward to today, I am starting a new business and I can other file for an Amendment of my company name for $50. or file for a new LLC for $100. Is there any reason I should pay the extra money to get the new LLC or should I amend the old and save some money? I'm in Ohio btw, not sure if that matters at all. Any advice is much appreciated, thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |

How can you find out if an LLC has been properly dissolved? Posted: 28 Jan 2020 09:48 AM PST Is there a state or federal site that hold information about previously open small businesses? I am particularly interested in finding out if a small local LLC that went under a couple years ago was actually dissolved fully. Is there a similar resource to check on dissolved corporations as well? Sorry if I'm not using the correct language. I'm in WA btw, in case that matters. Thanks! Edit: found it for WA state is sos.wa.gov in case that ref helps anyone else. [link] [comments] |
