Posted: 30 Dec 2019 11:34 PM PST Just wondering if anyone would have any information on selling a fairly established business. I started a tree service in 2015 and have steadily been increasing revenue year after year by 80k. I'm planning on moving out of the area and state where it is located so I don't think it's worth trying to run it remotely. Any suggestions on how to sell off the clientele list or whole business would be appreciated. [link] [comments] |

What will you say in cold call for your consultant service? Posted: 30 Dec 2019 10:14 PM PST Assume that you have a list of thousands of people, you want to call them. What to say in the call so that people won't hang up and be willing to listen? [link] [comments] |
Former Model’s Positive Experience with GirlsDoPorn Posted: 30 Dec 2019 09:16 PM PST Former model describes her experience: Cliff notes: GDP wasn't forthcoming about where the video was going to be posted and used their signature recruitment techniques, however, overall she had a positive experience. But she came to the conclusion that eventually people would find her video. 16:53 "I never felt that way. I never felt mistreated. I never felt used. I never felt underpaid." Repeats it again at 17:29. "I was paid a reasonable amount. They were super nice. They were super cool. It was a super awesome experience. They paid for my hotel room. They paid for my flight." 18:43 "I knew eventually it would find me and people would bring it to me." Also there was another model (Smokin Hot Brunette in White Top) that mentions in her video interview that she directly contacted the GDP website. So she was obviously aware of the history of GDP's recruitment techniques, but chose to do so any way. Despite her testimony, I'm positive people will make the argument that she was also coerced or bribed by GDP because of the 22 Jane Does and another 100 models, amirite? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 30 Dec 2019 02:42 PM PST This spring semester i start college for business admin and was wondering what would be a good minor to pair with this degree. Being a PM is the end goal but my local college Purdue FW doesn't offer project management as a minor. Any and all recommendations would be appreciated [link] [comments] |
Articles on de-colonizing business structures and management? Posted: 30 Dec 2019 01:18 PM PST I'm doing some research on de-colonizing management structures and can't seem to find any good articles on U.S. business structures. Anybody know of some? Thank you! [link] [comments] |

Posted: 30 Dec 2019 01:31 PM PST Sorry if this has been asked a million times but just looking to get into some biz podcasts to ring in the new year. Looking for a private wealth management and a daily/few times a week "market driven" kind of pod if y'all have any recommendations. If y'all have any just plain interesting biz pods to get into to recommend that would be great. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |
Does It Make Sense To Approach Local Investors? Posted: 30 Dec 2019 01:15 PM PST Hi, over the last couple of months I've successfully launched an online travel business serving a very specific niche.
My goal is to grow and expand the business across multiple countries. We are currently doing about $200k a year and we've been in business for about 7 months. What's making me skeptical about approaching investors is that, though my geographical location is Canada and the business runs online with offices in Dubai & Ghana, can I still approach local investors ? Do venture capital investors require the business to be located in the same country or continent even if the nature / niche is intended for an off-shore market? [link] [comments] |

How do I network for valuable business partners or trustworthy coders/workers? Posted: 30 Dec 2019 07:29 AM PST I have an idea for an app, which would require an investor besides myself at this point, and a small group of coders and marketing/partnership minds. I have absolutely no idea where to look for these sorts of people! I want to implement my app locally since that would be easiest to manage, but outsourcing to a bigger or more populated area would require a reliable partner there! It's a lot to think about and I have no idea where to turn. If you have had luck contracting, or know how to network into a reliable business network I would apprediate any advice!
