Changes y-o-y to annual reports / 10Ks Posted: 30 Sep 2019 03:52 AM PDT Does anyone have any good resources for tracking changes in company filings? E.g. would be interesting to see when companies add new risk sections or change specific disclosure wording, or add notes on new liabilities etc. Oftentimes managements bury important things in deep in the notes, to cover their a** whilst minimizing the amount of attention drawn to the amendment. I remember there used to be a website which tracked these changes for large companies, but I haven't been able to find it. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
