Posted: 03 Mar 2018 01:46 AM PST https://www.fiscal.treasury.gov/fsreports/rpt/finrep/fr/16frusg/01112017FR_(Final).pdf Page 58 (or 66/274). Net worth: ~$20 billion? I was curious (due to the tax cuts + growing debt) so I googled USA's net worth and found the above link. I found an article that seems to refute this negative net worth (see below), but I'm unsure why the balance sheet shows a negative amount. Couldn't find much else to refute it but I'd like to know the historical net worth of the US Government each year as far back as possible. http://www.businessinsider.com/america-is-not-drowning-in-debt-2013-4 Can you guys clarify?
