    • Administrator

    • Accounts clerk
    • Accountant

I have a question in regards to a obtaining a business license

    Posted: 10 Feb 2022 12:18 PM PST

I'm trying to get a business license to start my credit repair company. I must submit an application for that license, and on the checklist it states that I am required to submit Financial Statements to NMLS.

I currently do not have any clients and no business, because to my understanding, I must have a license before I can legally offer my services.

My question; how does a new company with NO business history, obtain these financial statements?
