Business opportunities for areas near beach? Posted: 31 Oct 2021 10:08 PM PDT My grandma told me she'll give me her lot near an undeveloped white sand beach. It's very pretty and good tourist destination. The problem is it's too far from where I live and work. I also don't have lots of experience in business. What business would be good with minimal supervision? Should I just lease the lot? Thanks. [link] [comments] |

Someone please... buying a vehicle for the write off NEVER saves money, right?! Posted: 01 Nov 2021 12:00 AM PDT This makes my eye twitch so please educate me if I'm wrong. The whole "buy a vehicle for business use and come out ahead by saving on taxes"...is this something the car companies invented? It's not a thing, right? A vehicle might save a few thousand in taxes, but costs waaaay more out of pocket. I doesn't EVER make sense to buy a vehicle for the deduction right? My husband is going into business with the mayor, who currently runs his own law practice, and he started talking about getting new vehicles to save money by reducing tax burden. Please let me know if I'm wrong before I try and explain why this thinking isn't logical. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 31 Oct 2021 07:05 PM PDT I am a normal 8-5 worker 20 years old that has a passion and a need to own a profitable business. There are better business ventures than opening a nightclub but in my specific situation our town has nothing in the sense of nightlife but a growing amount of young adults in search of a good time. I have no clue how to even start! Business licenses and loans are intimidating. What licenses do I need, what criteria need to be met to get a business loan of this magnitude? Any advice would be helpful to say the least [link] [comments] |
