Advice/tips on how to write a thesis ? Posted: 06 Jun 2020 03:52 PM PDT I just wanted to thank everyone for the resources and theses that got posted here, lots of good quality posts. As the title says, I am looking for advice/tips/resources on how to start writing theses for my own personal development and to use while i look for a job here in Canada if i manage to produce anything of good quality. Here are some of the things that i have done or am currently doing and i was looking for any input from you guys on what else i can do to get started on the research and writing: Studying for CFA Level II Completed a Financial Modeling course Currently reading through the books in the sidebar Reading the theses posted on this sub and listening to Bloomberg every morning Background info: graduated from a top Uni in Canada with a Finance and Economics Degree in 2019, worked at in investment bank in the Middle East on a live IPO deal and back in Canada.
