Posted: 30 Nov 2019 07:25 AM PST Since it's not literally everyday I find something that is undervalued with a catalyst for appreciation, how much of your portfolios do you keep in cash for special situations vs lower return "buy and holds" so that you don't go half a year without owning anything? Or do you try to stay 100% deployed at all times? I'm making the assumption that the catalyst plays aren't the best long term holds/get bought out once they approach full valuation.
