Looking for members Investment Club |
| Posted: 02 Jun 2019 11:48 PM PDT Hi, I'm planning to register an investment club in the Philippines; whose economy grows 6.5% p.a., and I'm looking for members to join me. The club would invest primarily in the stock index of the Philippines to reduce investment cost. With regard to the foreign investment limitation clause, the limitation will not apply since the club is registered in the Philippines; and as such, considered as a citizen for the purpose of the limitation clause.
