Registering a business name for online store (Aus) Posted: 27 Mar 2019 09:24 PM PDT So I've found a decent business name I want to launch a small clothing apparel store under, and in Australia the business name I want is available. When I search the business name online, some dude has a website and insta under that name. He's from the USA... If I buy that business name in Aus and sell online, what are the legalities? Will I have to keep it within Australia? [link] [comments] |
