Norseman Global Inc. Sales and Selling

    Norseman Global Inc.

Recently got hired into what I thought was a marketing job. Found out it was a MLM scam. This is your everyday scam artist. The place is not what it says to be and it's brain washing people to stand at Walmart and Costco's to sell contracts for barely any commission tbh. If you happen to find this.... run!

    Is price a selling point?

    Posted: 25 Dec 2018 07:02 AM PST

Some say price isn't a selling point, other say price is part of Unique Selling Point.

I would discuss about it, thanks

    Sales jobs from home?

    Posted: 25 Dec 2018 10:34 AM PST

Hear me out, I'm currently doing real estate sales. It's kind of tough, but it's really convenient because I can make all my calls from home and only have to leave the house for listing appointments, open houses, things like that.

Are there any other sales jobs like this? One where I can work mostly from home? I'd even be OK with customer service calls to be honest, but, that's another subreddit I suppose.

CRM recommendations for managing independent sales reps

    Posted: 25 Dec 2018 09:36 AM PST

Can anyone recommend a decent CRM that isn't too costly to manage independent manufactures reps across the country? Ideally, I'm looking for something that is affordable for everyone.

An Impossible Sales Task, The Pitch From Hell.

    Posted: 24 Dec 2018 05:40 PM PST

99% of people would say this pitch is impossible. It'd pay well if it could be done, but it's impossible, so don't even try unless you think you're the greatest salesperson who ever lived.

To a Fortune 500 Company, pitch a relatively unknown graphic design studio with a small portfolio, no previous major clients, no case studies, and a gmail address instead of a personalized website e-mail.

    Enjoy.

SDR positions requiring atleast 2 years of SDR experience? (Saas)

    Posted: 24 Dec 2018 01:11 PM PST

Just browsing LinkedIn job postings. Im finding some SDR roles at pretty basic companies (50-100 employees), with pretty basic comp (50 k base in mega cities/15-20 k OTE) .

Im confused, is my information incorrect? SDR is supposed to be something for 12 months -18 months with extreme lagging at 2 years right? After that youre not really an entry level SDR anymore? Why would someone join a startup offering base level /entry level pay after 2 years of being an SDR to do the same thing over?

    How To Reach Large Companies?

    Posted: 24 Dec 2018 06:19 PM PST

Cold emailing requires tens of thousands of emails and thousands of dollars for remarketing and lookalikes. Sometimes only for a Single Client!

LinkedIn seems to be for those who are already established, I'm not. I have ways to showcase my skills, I have a solid pitch, but I have no references, and I don't have an existing network.

How can I get in the door to speak with these companies?

How to pitch Large Clients? (Fortune 500)(Cold email)

    Posted: 24 Dec 2018 05:28 PM PST

Looking for advice from those who've done so. Should I use sly subject lines like "You left your charger in my office" or get straight to the point with something like "Why Sears Died and Why I Won't Let $companyname Be Next". Also what person at a company purchases graphic design services? I was thinking marketing head but maybe not.
