Bad Credit Blog Where Should I Post-it Posted: 01 Sep 2018 01:04 AM PDT I'm starting a bad credit blog. One of the first things I plan to address is on the Personal Auto Loan side of things. When you go to a car lot to buy a car, you don't need to get financing from the dealer. When you use an outside bank, to essentially write you a check, for what you're approved to buy for. It makes things a lot easier. All the power resides with you, and you are no longer negotiating with the dealership, hoping that you can "GET APPROVED". I have many more topics to talk about, how to make money online, businesses that you can start with little to no money, companies that give credit based on sales and not history, The list goes on and on. Could I post the links in here for you guys to review the content? I'm looking for feedback before I actually advertise the thing. [link] [comments] |
Starting a business on college campus Posted: 01 Sep 2018 12:58 AM PDT Reddit, I am planning on starting a fast paced delivery service on my college campus, from which I plan on making a profit. I'll be selling supplies that college students might need and deliver them within minutes. I'll be doing this with a team that I will be leading. In the event that this takes off, and I actually start to make legit business money, what are the steps I must take to make sure I don't have any legal issues, and am able to stay in control of everything. How does one become the ceo of a company if he has help from a team in the startup? [link] [comments] |
Why is it so hard to move from Excel Sheets (+ Emails) to an online projects/task management system? Posted: 01 Sep 2018 12:11 AM PDT I work with remote teams. No matter how much I try, we tend to default back to a combination of Excel Sheets (shared via Sharepoint) and email updates for managing activities and projects. I know that this is an inefficient way to manage teams but haven't been able to drive the team to using a project management app (Trello/Asana/Plan.io). What am I missing/doing in an incorrect way? Looking for successful experiences or suggestions. Thanks. [link] [comments] |
Is working in business really like in the movies? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 10:32 PM PDT The parties, the fancy clothes, the thrill of risks and wins. Working in huge fancy buildings with lots of people? To be honest, im considering pursuing business because all of this appeals to me. But is it even real? [link] [comments] |

How much do non medical home healthcare/medical home healthcare owners make? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 02:25 PM PDT I know this sounds very straightforward, but I have no idea how much a HHC owner makes. Owning one seems like a great business because you can help others as well as helping yourself, financially. Can any non medical HHC owners/medical HHC tell me how much they make? Thanks in advance. How Micromanaging Your Team Destroys Your Efficiency Posted: 31 Aug 2018 08:24 AM PDT As a manager who handles several people or even an entire department, you would want everything to be perfectly executed. Sometimes, if not most, this need for perfection and efficiency can lead us to micromanage our people, which for the most part can actually be detrimental to our team's overall progress and growth. Micromanaging can be useful when it comes to small-scale projects, but this very act can keep managers from actually focusing on the larger picture and instead spend all of your time picking apart someone's work and constantly pointing out mistakes without letting them realize their error at their own pace and time. An article I have come across recently talks about how micromanagement can affect a team both for good and bad --well, mostly bad. Here is a summary of that article: Pros
Cons
How to avoid the micromanaging your team by using OKR or Objective Key Result method:
