Can WD-40 Company keep up the pace? Posted: 29 Jun 2018 04:00 PM PDT WD-40 Company (WDFC) shares are trading at 147.55, up 1.97% from yesterday. WD-40 remains one of our absolute favorite household names. Despite the previous quarter's lightness on certain aspects of sales and margins, the fundamental long-term outlook remains positive, and the brand is as strong as ever. Do you use any WDFC products? Will you buy it? https://www.finstead.com/bite/WD-40-Company-WDFC-earnings-estimates-june-29-2018 [link] [comments] |
Posted: 29 Jun 2018 07:56 AM PDT Hello traders, I'm still pretty new in investing but I was wondering how do you know what stocks are trending? Currently I use robinhood, stocktwits, and yahoo finance, and of course just do research online. But how do I find stocks in a particular field. For example, what stocks are trending in the oil industry or the biopharm industry. [link] [comments] |
Need some Advice on dumping my losing positions. Posted: 29 Jun 2018 11:05 AM PDT So I've been having a phenomenal year on the market and have made ~$56,000 in realized gains. I pulled 15k for taxes and put it in a savings account and have more or less reinvested the rest. Needless to say I got cocky and now I'm holding a handful of stocks in the red that might never recover, or at least not anytime soon. I'm tinkering with the idea of just straight liquidating all my stocks and starting fresh because at the end of the day my account is still up over 45,000 from the start of the year. And then I would use some of that 50-60k to reinvest more intelligently. I have one stock, maybe two, that I would hold long term but everything else I could part with. I funded the account with 4,000 and now it's worth so much more I feel like this isn't really a huge loss if I start from stratch... what are your thoughts on this? Maybe I'll wait a bit to see if the losers come up a little so I can take less of a loss but at the same time If I knock down some of my capital gains I can keep more of my tax money I set aside. Posted: 29 Jun 2018 12:02 AM PDT Hey guys I'm considering to place a minor amount of money in a risky bet ( Factor 2x zertificate) on one of these 2 stocks but cannot decide. Both grow fast. Ctrip has a higher PE/growth but also a lot higher capitalization. Any input on this? [link] [comments] |
