Posted: 03 Mar 2018 03:10 PM PST The truth is I hate waiting for people and I have huge social anxiety. Are there any laws or rules I can site to say, "I'd love to but I am not allowed because of this." [link] [comments] |
Interested in starting a camp ground. Posted: 03 Mar 2018 10:08 PM PST Hi all, I have always been interested in starting my own business. Little back story I own about 70 acres of what use to be a camp ground about 15-20 years ago. A lot of the sites still have septic and electrical hook ups. Most of the work will just be clearing out each site in order to make it so people can stay. Few questions, -what kind of start up cost may I need? - what are the best theme to go with for a camp ground? - is the demand high for this or a dead end company? Thanks for any info! Posted: 03 Mar 2018 06:48 PM PST I've tried some apps, but I'm just looking for a simple app for inventory. All I need to do is put the items in the app and then be able to click on the item to punch in how much I want to order. Basically, I run a small store and we run out of items on display. I want to put all my items in an app and when I walk around I just want to punch the items that are running low, so I can see later when I place an order what I need to order and how much. What is the best way to enlarge my client list - product source Posted: 04 Mar 2018 02:13 AM PST Hi, My name is Peter, I'm sourcing products from China to all over the world (Israel, United States and Europe). My biggest client is from Israel and I have the rest of them but they are smaller ones. I have no specific niche, I source basically everything from computers parts, phone cases, screen protectors, all kinds cables, chargers, kitchenware, copper sink / bathtubs, etc. I need help in how to enlarge my client list. How do you think I should approach this? How to find more clients? I would appreciate the help. Thank you, Peter [link] [comments] |
What’s the best way to go about firing a customer? Posted: 03 Mar 2018 05:40 AM PST I have a no minimums custom embroidered patch company. I take on a lot of detailed work and have no issues whatsoever doing so. Recently I have a customer who has wanted me to give them the moon and stars. I've spent more time than I will ever get money back from this customer. They have not even paid the sent invoice but are still expecting delivery. Their previous supplier wasn't giving them exactly what they wanted to a T and I suspect they fired them too. How can I fire them with little blowback? [link] [comments] |
I want to start a book and tea shop Posted: 03 Mar 2018 09:46 PM PST There are coffee shops all over the place and our library is quite frankly sad for the size of this town. I've been toying with the idea of starting up a book cafe that doubles as a tea shop for several years, but I've never really had the means or know-how to deeply plan for one since I was never sure where to go after writing initial business plans and such. I'm following the Small Business Administration's guide for planning a small business but I'm a bit lost as to how much I should save for funding to actually start the business or if I need to contact investors, take out a loan, etc. My idea is to sell tea, fountain pens/stationary, and books from small presses and independent authors, since I'm not exactly trying to be Barnes and Noble. Just a small, focused shop. There is a market for this sort of thing in my region, as I've discussed it before with some locals and most everyone I talked to seems to think it would be a wonderful addition to the town (particularly with the young adult to mid 30's crowd). I'm willing to be patient, careful, and entirely devoted to this project. I'm very firmly in the "Plan for as much as you reasonably and conceivably can before committing to anything" camp, so I was wondering if anyone had any advice, cynicism, or ideas to offer. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |

How do I setup my own app Development Company in 2 weeks? Posted: 03 Mar 2018 07:27 AM PST Hey Guys, I have an upcoming app project which will be assigned to my company in 2-3 weeks.I need some inputs in some aspects of starting my own company. I need to get some I am asking too much here, but I need to know real inputs here. Please guide me and point me to some resources that will help me manage these better. I have a technical background but I need guidance to run the business better. EDIT 1: The post is intended to ask for dos and donts in these processes more like asking for things to watch out for. I have been planning this for sometime and have consulted and met with many people. I have fair idea about the process. Although, I intended my question more like this way but when I read it after seeing some comments, I realized what a language blunder I did here. I am not doing it to ruin somebody's project. Only the legal and payment plan are left to touch at all. I will finalize everything first before making an offer. Who will give me a project, if my paperwork is not finalized, as said by someone in the comments. The offer from my side will be drawn only when its all ready. I can ask for more time if needed to finish my internal setup. Be kind and helpful. Thanks. [link] [comments] |
