    Is it a good idea to buy Energous Corp. ahead of CES 2018?

    I saw a user poster that $WATT could see a large spike after showing its technology at CES 2018 (Jan 9-12). Would it be a good idea to buy the stock before CES? If so, what's a good price to buy in at?

    Just read an article saying that the current bull market may be the last. Could this even be possible?

    I've been trying to find the link to the article but couldn't. Supposedly this guy made millions in the stock market, predicted recessions, housing market crash, etc. I thought as long there are companies doing business, there will be a cyclical market (upwardly oscillating between bull and bear markets)? Is it theoretically possible to have a "last" bull market?

    Issuer: Cannabis Growth Opportunities Corporation (the "Company")

    Issue: Treasury offering of a minimum of 2 million units (the "Units") and a maximum of 30 million Units (maximum of 34.5 million Units, if the Over-Allotment Option is exercised in full). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Common Share", and one Common Share purchase warrant of the Company (each, a Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at the Issue Price, at any time before 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on July 1, 2018.

    Issue Price: $2.50 per Unit ("Issue Price")

    Issue Size: Minimum of $5,000,000, maximum of $75,000,000 ($86,250,000, if the Over-Allotment Option is exercised in full).

    Over-Allotment Option: The Company has granted Eight Capital an option to offer for sale up to an additional 15% of the Units, at the Issue Price, exercisable in whole or in part at any time for a period of 30 days after and including the Closing Date, to cover over-allotments, if any (the "Over Allotment Option").

    Use of Proceeds: To purchase portfolio securities in accordance with the Company's investment strategy, and for working capital purposes.

    Form of Offering: Fully marketed deal on a "best efforts" basis, subject to termination clauses including "due diligence" out, "material adverse change" out, "disaster" out, "breach" out and "market" out clauses commencing upon acceptance of this offer and terminating on the Closing Date.

    Form of Agency: Public offering in all provinces of Canada, excluding Quebec, by way of prospectus. Private placement in the United States pursuant to exemptions from the registration requirements under Rule 144A and/or Regulation D of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. Subject to the consent of the Company, the Offering will also be made available to offshore investors pursuant to relevant prospectus or registration exemptions in accordance with applicable laws.

    Capital Structure: Prior to completion of the Offering, 1 common share of the Company is issued and outstanding.

    Listing: The Company intends to list the Common Shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "Exchange") under the symbol "●". The Company will use its best efforts to obtain the necessary approvals to list the Common Shares on the Exchange, which listing shall be a condition of Closing.

    Eligibility: The Common Shares and the Warrants will be qualified investments under the Income Tax Act (Canada) for registered accounts.

    Closing Date: Expected the week of January 8, 2018
